Role Overview
The Resident IT Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar.
The engineer provides day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, network, and end-user support.
The role is listed at L1/L3 level and requires 5+ years of experience.
Location and Work Mode
- Location: Doha, Qatar.
- Work mode: On-site.
- The stated contract duration is 2–3 months and may be extended according to business needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
- Manage Windows Servers, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, user accounts, permissions, and file servers.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, network connectivity, virtualization, backup, security, and monitoring systems.
- Manage incidents and service requests, user access, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and technical documentation.
- Work with IT teams and business users to resolve issues, maintain service levels, and support policy compliance.
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune.
