Role
Resident IT Engineer providing day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support in Doha, Qatar.
The role is full-time, on-site, and has a contract duration of 2–3 months, extendable according to business needs.
Experience and Level
- At least 5 years of experience is mandatory.
- The role is classified as L1/L3 support.
Work Mode
- The position is on-site in Doha, Qatar.
Job Summary
- Ensure the stability, security, availability, and smooth operation of the organisation’s IT environment.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune.
- Manage Windows Servers and file servers.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and network connectivity issues.
- Support virtualization platforms and maintain backup and security systems.
- Manage incidents and service requests, user accounts, access administration, monitoring, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and technical documentation.
- Work with internal IT teams and business users to resolve issues, maintain service levels, and support compliance with IT policies and procedures.
