- Minimum 20+ years of experience managing large scale roads & infrastructure projects with at least 5 years of Dubai experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Proven experience in roads, bridges, utilities projects
- Consultancy experience is required

Job Description
- Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Resident Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to deliver major infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, utilities.
What You'll Be Doing
