- Manage and maintain property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and other OTA platforms
- Ensure all property information, photos, amenities, rates, and availability are accurate and up to date
- Optimize listings to improve search rankings, visibility, and booking conversion
- Monitor pricing, promotions, availability, and restrictions across all channels
- Track market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies
- Monitor guest reviews and recommend improvements to listing performance
- Coordinate with reservations and operations teams to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on booking performance and channel results
- Identify opportunities to increase bookings, revenue, and overall portfolio performance
- Support the management of the company's online presence and social media channels when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in Holiday Homes, Hospitality, Hotels, or Vacation Rentals
- Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and Channel Management systems
- Understanding of OTA distribution, listing optimization, and platform performance
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

About the Role
- Samaya Holiday Homes is looking for a proactive and detail oriented Holiday Homes Distribution Executive to manage and optimize our property listings across major online travel agencies (OTAs), including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and other booking platforms.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing property visibility, improving listing performance, monitoring market trends, and helping drive occupancy and revenue growth across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain property listings across Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and other OTA platforms.
- Ensure all property information, photos, amenities, rates, and availability are accurate and up to date.
- Optimize listings to improve search rankings, visibility, and booking conversion.

- Track market trends, competitor performance, and pricing strategies.

Requirements
