- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and cleaning teams across assigned locations
- Plan daily schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with company standards
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
- Coordinate with clients, team leaders, and management to resolve operational issues
- Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and cleaning materials
- Support manpower planning and team allocation
- Train and guide employees to improve service quality
- Follow company health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Cleaning Operations, or a similar supervisory role
- Experience in managing field teams and daily operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Job Summary
