- Manage daily reservation operations, ensuring accurate and timely booking processing
- Negotiate and maintain contracts with hotels, DMCs, transfer providers, and other travel suppliers
- Monitor rates, allotments, stop sales, and special offers
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Resolve booking issues, cancellations, and customer escalations
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to maximize profitability
- Prepare reports on bookings, revenue, and contracting activities
- Supervise and support reservation team members
Requirements
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in travel reservations and contracting
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience working with hotels, tour operators, travel agencies, or DMCs
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Arabic speaker
- Fluency in English
