About the Role
Majestay Tourism is seeking a Tourism Ticketing Agent to manage flight bookings using GDS systems, handle ticket issuance and exchanges, and assist customers with travel inquiries.

Responsibilities
- Manage domestic and international flight bookings using GDS (Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo)
- Handle ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and exchanges
- Provide accurate fare quotes and manage PNRs
- Assist customers with itineraries and travel inquiries
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers and internal teams
- Maintain records and ensure excellent customer service
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Agent or similar role
- Knowledge of at least one GDS system (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
- Ability to manage last minute changes professionally
- Preferably English and Arabic speaker
- 1 2 years of experience in Travel & Tourism or related field
- Bachelor's degree (Tourism related preferred)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and basic computer applications
- Amadeus Certified Professional: Reservations and Ticketing (Required)
