- Manage day to day finance and accounting operations
- Prepare accurate financial reports and management accounts
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Manage payroll and coordinate internal and external audits
- Develop and implement finance policies, controls, and processes
- Support business decision making with financial analysis and insights
- Work closely with leadership to drive operational and financial excellence
Requirements
- 5 8 years of finance and accounting experience in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA preferred
- Experience in Real Estate, Holiday Homes, Hospitality, or Tourism industries
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, payroll, and audits
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Arabic language required

Ideal Candidate
- 5–8 years of finance and accounting experience in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
