Role Overview
Handle hotel room reservations, guest inquiries, amendments, and cancellations through phone, email, website, and OTA platforms.
Ensure accurate bookings, excellent guest service, and support for occupancy and room revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and update room reservations accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries about rates, availability, and hotel facilities.
- Handle cancellations, amendments, and special requests.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Revenue teams.
- Promote room upgrades and hotel packages when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and reports.
- Ensure all bookings follow hotel policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Reservation Agent, Front Desk Agent, or similar hotel position.
- Experience in hotel reservations or Front Office operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS and booking or OTA systems.
- Good knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and hotel policies.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Good telephone and email etiquette.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Three years of UAE hotel experience is required.
