The Guest Service Associate delivers exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
The role supports front-of-house hotel operations and coordinates services across departments.
Duties and responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Address inquiries, requests, and complaints and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, including bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with departments, relay messages, resolve issues, and follow up with guests.
- Process payments, maintain secure financial records, support safety procedures, and collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance.
- Perform other assigned duties supporting hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Experience requirement
- Two years of hotel experience are required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 2,200 per month.
Work location
- The work location is in person.
Employment type
- The position is full-time.
