Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding room reservations.
  • Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
  • Provide guests with information about room types, rates, hotel facilities, and services.
  • Verify guest information and payment details.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records in the hotel's reservation system.
  • Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and sales departments regarding guest bookings and special requests.
  • Upsell room categories, packages, and hotel services when appropriate.
  • Handle guest complaints and reservation related issues professionally.
  • Monitor room availability and occupancy levels.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality related qualifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, customer service, or front office operations preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes.
  • Good organizational and problem solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
