- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries regarding room reservations
- Process new reservations, modifications, and cancellations accurately
- Provide guests with information about room types, rates, hotel facilities, and services
- Verify guest information and payment details
- Maintain accurate reservation records in the hotel's reservation system
- Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and sales departments regarding guest bookings and special requests
- Upsell room categories, packages, and hotel services when appropriate
- Handle guest complaints and reservation related issues professionally
- Monitor room availability and occupancy levels
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality related qualifications are a plus
- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, customer service, or front office operations preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage high call volumes
- Good organizational and problem solving abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
