Research Project Officer
to support the delivery of our growing research portfolio.
This role is ideal for a project professional who can manage
timelines, budgets, and stakeholders
while ensuring research projects are delivered
on time, compliant, and audit‑ready
.
🔹 What You’ll Do
- Coordinate
- end‑to‑end research project delivery
- across multiple projects
- Track
- milestones, budgets, and reporting deadlines
- Support Principal Investigators with project planning, procurement, and staffing
- Monitor project spend and provide
- forecasting and variance insights
- Identify and escalate
- risks
- and maintain project registers
- Ensure compliance with funding, governance, and audit requirements
- Act as a key interface between research teams and
🔹 What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Finance, Public Administration
- , or related field
- **3–5 years’ experience**
- in project coordination or programme management
- Strong experience in
- budget tracking, reporting, and risk management
- High proficiency in
- Excel and project tracking tools
- Experience working with
- senior stakeholders in complex environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines
- *(Experience in higher education, research, or grant‑funded projects is a strong advantage.
- Project management certification is a plus.)*
