About the Role

Responsibilities
- Participate in business development efforts including prospecting and preparation of sales materials and proposals
- Select and offer proper research methodology and data analysis to clients
- Prepare client ready deliverables and present them to clients
- Take full ownership of a work stream within a large project or lead the project as a whole
- Manage project activities, resources, and budget
- Develop proposals (financial and technical) for market research studies
- Develop conclusions and actionable recommendations
- Lead the project team ensuring quality and on time delivery
- Actively manage client relationships during the project
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree
- At least 7 to 10 years of experience as a Research Manager
- Proven record of sales targets achieved
- At least two referrals
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Reading & Writing)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Computer skills

Roles and Responsibilities
- Participating in business development efforts ranging from prospecting to preparation of sales materials and proposals with special focus on private sector
- Select and offer the proper research methodology and data analysis to the client
- Preparing of the development of client ready deliverables by actively leading the project team and presenting deliverables to the client
- Taking on full ownership of a work stream within a large project or the leadership of the project as a whole; depending on the size of the engagement
- Overall Project Management of all the assigned projects, including developing and managing the project plan, managing activities, resources, and budget, delivering within deadlines
- Ensuring the fully executed contract with client is in place before commissioning the project
- Ensuring all invoices are issued on time as per the contract or agreed invoicing schedule
- Ensuring all payments are received on time
- Developing proposal (financial and technical) for market research studies
- Development of conclusions and actionable recommendations
- Participation in client meetings and client interaction
- Leading the design of applicable solutions for the business problems identified during the project
Minimum Competency Required
- Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree
- At least 7 to 10 years previously working as a Research Manager with a proven record of sales targets achieved
- At least two referrals
- Use of MS applications
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Fluent in English & Arabic (Reading & Writing)
- Computer Skills
