Alverix seeks a curious and detail-oriented Research Assistant to support research projects, data collection, market analysis, and business intelligence activities.
The role involves gathering, organizing, analyzing, and presenting information to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to gather, organize, analyze, and present information that supports business planning, market development, customer insights, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support primary and secondary research projects.
- Collect and organize information from reliable online and internal sources.
- Conduct market, industry, customer, competitor, and product research.
- Gather and maintain research data, reports, documents, and reference materials.
- Assist with surveys, interviews, questionnaires, and other research activities.
- Analyze basic research findings and identify relevant trends and patterns.
- Prepare research summaries, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Verify information and cross-check data for accuracy and consistency.
- Support the preparation of market intelligence and business research reports.
- Monitor industry developments, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Maintain organized research databases, files, notes, and documentation.
- Assist analysts and management with research requests and information gathering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Research, Statistics, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in research, market analysis, business analysis, data collection, or a related role.
- Strong research, analytical, and information-gathering skills.
- Good written communication and report-writing abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, presentation software, and online research tools.
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, statistics, or visualization.
- Ability to organize large amounts of information clearly and efficiently.
- Good critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple research tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently and collaborating with international teams.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
