The Role
Lead client relationships, service delivery, account support, issue resolution, client experience, and ongoing service improvement.
Serve as a key client contact, ensuring commitments are delivered effectively and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships, satisfaction, retention, and commercial growth.
Work fully remotely in the United Arab Emirates on a full-time basis.
Client Services Strategy
- Develop and implement a client-services strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establish service standards, operating procedures, KPIs, and client-management processes.
- Ensure clients receive consistent, responsive, and high-quality service.
- Align client-service activities with retention, satisfaction, revenue, and growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall client experience.
- Develop scalable service models for different client segments.
- Continuously improve client-service processes based on feedback and performance data.
Required Experience and Capabilities
- Experience in Client Services, Account Management, Customer Success, Service Delivery, Customer Experience, Client Operations, Relationship Management, or related disciplines.
