Role Description
Part-time remote Research Assistant supporting project teams involved in construction and contracting activities.
The role requires independent work, effective time management, and virtual collaboration with colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and analyze information relevant to construction and contracting activities.
- Research materials, methods, regulations, and market trends using structured approaches.
- Compile data into clear reports and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders.
- Assist with data entry and basic analysis.
- Maintain research documentation.
- Communicate findings with project managers and engineers.
Qualifications
- Possess strong research and analytical skills to evaluate sources and draw logical conclusions.
- Possess effective written and virtual communication skills.
- Possess data analysis skills for organizing datasets, identifying patterns, and supporting recommendations.
- Have attention to detail and proficiency with productivity and spreadsheet software.
- Work remotely with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Laboratory skills are relevant if supporting technical or materials-related testing and documentation.
