Part-time, remote Marketing Coordinator role supporting day-to-day marketing activities.
The role supports campaigns, content creation, digital channels, promotional events, sales follow-up, and consistent brand messaging.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate campaigns and assist with content creation and digital channel management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and prepare marketing materials.
- Track campaign performance and maintain marketing calendars and project timelines.
- Help organize online or hybrid promotional events and support lead follow-up.
- Report progress regularly and identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills are required.
- Sales and basic client relationship skills are required for lead generation and follow-up.
- Event planning and coordination skills are required.
- Project management skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work independently in a remote setting and manage part-time hours effectively.
- Digital marketing tools experience is beneficial.
- Relevant education or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Construction or contracting industry experience is advantageous but not required.
