Primary Purpose
Specialize in the resale, or secondary, real estate market.
Source quality listings, manage landlord and property-owner relationships, and facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.
Use online property portals and apply negotiation and deal-closure skills.
Responsibilities
- Source and list secondary-market properties through landlord contact, referrals, and networking.
- Build a portfolio of listings through long-term relationships with property owners.
- Manage listings on Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, and other property portals.
- Handle inquiries, provide property information, and schedule viewings.
- Conduct viewings and present properties to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales terms between landlords and buyers.
- Coordinate with CRM, operations, and compliance teams on documentation and transaction completion.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition in Dubai's secondary property market.
- Maintain landlord and investor relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Follow RERA regulations and internal sales processes.
- Maintain safe systems of work and safe conditions within the assigned area.
