Primary purpose
The Campaigns Specialist and Media Buyer will devise and execute the digital strategy across social media platforms to generate leads.
The role participates in media planning to identify target audiences and develop effective campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message.
- Create, deliver, and edit effective and timely marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign budgets to ensure funds are used effectively.
- Track incoming leads and prospects so campaigns can be adjusted to support company growth.
- Develop digital marketing strategies covering SEO, SEM, social media, and other online channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research new marketing techniques and technologies for possible implementation.
- Review online analytics reports to improve campaign performance.
- Lead HSE activities to ensure safe systems and conditions within the area of responsibility.
- Perform other similar or related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications and experience
- A degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent work experience is required.
- At least two years of experience in digital marketing or social media buying is required.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, upbeat attitude are required.
- The role requires openness to new ideas and suggestions.
- The role requires the ability to develop innovative forward-design concepts.
Channels and tools
- The role requires hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Digital strategy work includes SEO, SEM, Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
