- Develop and execute commercial strategies for the RES 158 residential project
- Manage all commercial aspects including procurement, contract administration, and commercial risk mitigation
- Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and third parties to ensure favorable terms
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to meet cost efficiency targets
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project management and other departments to align commercial objectives with project goals
- Oversee and develop the commercial team, enhancing their capabilities and performance
- Provide timely and accurate reports on commercial performance and project status to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in commercial management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the Middle East/GCC region
- At least 3 years of client side experience
- At least 3 years of experience in residential development/projects
- Strong skills in contract negotiation, procurement, and commercial risk management
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
- Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional qualifications such as MRICS or equivalent are preferred
