Hatch is supporting Ma’aden, the Saudi Arabian Mining Company, on a major transformation initiative.
We are seeking 3 highly skilled
Reporting Specialist
to support project leadership with accurate, timely, and insightful reporting.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical capabilities, advanced Power BI and Excel expertise, and experience working in complex, fast-paced project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business and project decision-making
- Design and manage data models, data transformations, and visualizations aligned with stakeholder requirements
- Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Produce regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, executive summaries) for project leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, project controls, finance, HR) to gather reporting requirements
- Identify trends, risks, and insights and proactively communicate findings to leadership
- Support the development of KPIs and performance tracking frameworks across the project
- Automate reporting processes and workflows using Power BI, Excel, and other digital tools
- Ensure alignment with reporting standards, governance, and data quality best practices
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting support as required
Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence roles, preferably in large-scale projects (engineering, construction, mining, or industrial sectors)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (dashboard development, DAX, data modeling)
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, Power Query; macros are an asset)
- Experience working with large datasets and integrating multiple data sources
- Strong understanding of project reporting, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Experience with ERP or project systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Primavera is an asset
- Knowledge of SQL or other data tools is a plus
