- Support engineering design, analysis, and project execution within your discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil)
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary project teams across mining, metals, and infrastructure projects
- Contribute to site activities, inspections, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines
- Utilize engineering tools and software relevant to your discipline (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Excel, design platforms)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across teams
Requirements
- Saudi National
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Strong academic performance and foundational engineering knowledge
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Arabic is a must
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative, multicultural environment

Overview

- Graduate Engineer Program – Mechanical, Electrical & Civil (Saudi Nationals) in Riyadh or Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Hatch, in partnership with Ma’aden, is seeking motivated Saudi National engineering graduates to support major mining and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering design, analysis, and project execution within your discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.

- Sunday to Thursday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
