Overview

  • Join Hatch's Project Delivery Group (PDG), a dynamic team committed to world class project delivery across the globe.
  • Graduate Engineer Program – Mechanical, Electrical & Civil (Saudi Nationals) in Riyadh or Jubail, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Hatch, in partnership with Ma’aden, is seeking motivated Saudi National engineering graduates to support major mining and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support engineering design, analysis, and project execution within your discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
  • Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary project teams across mining, metals, and infrastructure projects.
  • Contribute to site activities, inspections, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Utilize engineering tools and software relevant to your discipline (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, Excel, design platforms).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing across teams.

Qualifications

  • Saudi National (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong academic performance and foundational engineering knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a must.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative, multicultural environment.

Office Location and Working Hours

  • Riyadh, Business Gate, Servercorp.
  • Jubail, Chamber of Commerce Building, Al Shati, Fanateer.
  • Sunday to Thursday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
