Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of digital projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, scope, and expected outcomes
- Assist in defining project scope, governance, and delivery plans in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Monitor project progress, risks, and performance, escalating issues where required
- Facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder engagement sessions
- Engage with clients to understand business challenges and identify digital opportunities
- Contribute to proposal development, business cases, and solution definition
- Support sales pursuits by articulating value propositions and digital solution benefits
- Support the development and application of digital solutions such as analytics, AI, and integrated operations platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mining, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline
- 3 5 years of experience in a top tier global consulting firm or equivalent advisory/delivery environment focused on mining and metals industry
- Direct exposure to digital and Industry 4.0 solutions including analytics, AI, automation, and IT/OT integration
- Hands on experience with PLC/SCADA systems and/or programming languages such as SQL, Python, C#.NET, or JavaScript
- Strong communication, problem solving, and commercial capability

- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution concepts.
- PLC / HMI / SCADA coding experience beneficial.
- Software coding experience beneficial including SQL, C#.NET / VB.NET, Python, Javascript.
About You
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in top tier global consulting firm or equivalent.
- Direct exposure to digital and Industry 4.0 solutions.
- Hands on experience with PLC/SCADA systems and/or programming languages.
