We Could Use Someone Like You in Our Crew.
ModSquad is looking for tech support agents to provide top notch service to our customers! We are looking for a top notch T1 and Advanced Technical Support agent with a lot tech savvy to provide assistance on a developer' platform.
This is a 24/7 project seeking at least 20 hours of availability weekly.

System Specs Required (Very important - we'll only consider candidates who meet these minimum specs)
i7 Quad Core 3.0 GHz or higher
32 GB RAM
Nvidia 3080 or higher (or equivalent)
500 GB+ Hard Drive Space (Recommended 1TB)
Dual Monitors – Highly Recommended
Internet speed of at least 100 down and upload 20 minimum
Stable power connection
Ideal Candidate
Very strong attention to detail
Looking for those who have robust knowledge of game engines; game development is a strong bonus
Familiarity with quality assurance processes and testing methodologies relevant to game development and digital content; 3D digital asset moderation a very strong bonus
Technical Customer Support experience
Knowledge of digital marketplace platforms
Salesforce experience (or other CRMs)
Ability to gather and analyze technical data
