- Enforce safety and privacy standards by auditing sessions for PII, toxic, or sensitive content.
- Assign pass/fail or agree/disagree statuses and provide detailed feedback.

Role Overview
- We are building a highly accurate, evaluation grade dataset of transcribed, multi channel audio recordings to assess multilingual, multi speaker AI systems.
- Contributors record unscripted group conversations; recordings are transcribed and diarized, then human validated and corrected.
- As a QA Specialist, you are the final line of defense, reviewing end to end quality of audio recordings and human verified annotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Audio Quality Assurance: Evaluate multi channel audio recordings for technical and fidelity requirements; verify channel isolation and appropriate recording environments.
- Transcription & Diarization Verification: Review human validated transcriptions for accuracy; confirm correct capture of spontaneous speech; validate timestamps and speaker identification.
- Metadata & Content Review: Verify accuracy of metadata; enforce safety and privacy standards by auditing for PII, toxic, or sensitive content.
- Execution & Reporting: Assess end to end quality; assign pass/fail statuses; provide detailed feedback when disagreeing with annotator's work.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Exceptional ear for audio fidelity and ability to detect subtle background noises, channel bleed, or clipping.
