- Verify channel isolation and appropriate recording environments

- Confirm transcripts capture spontaneous, unnormalized speech with overlaps and interruptions
- Validate turn level and word level timestamps and speaker identification
- Verify accuracy of metadata including demographic markers and conversational tags
- Enforce safety and privacy standards by auditing for PII, toxic, or sensitive content
- Assign pass/fail or agree/disagree statuses and provide detailed feedback

- Exceptional ear for audio fidelity and ability to detect subtle background noises, channel bleed, or clipping
- Meticulous attention to detail for verifying word level timestamps and strict verbatim transcription rules

Role Overview
- We are building a highly accurate, evaluation grade dataset of transcribed, multi channel audio recordings to assess multilingual, multi speaker AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate multi channel audio recordings to ensure they meet strict technical and fidelity requirements.
- Verify channel isolation and confirm recordings were captured in appropriate, quiet environments.
- Review human validated transcriptions to guarantee exceptionally high accuracy.
- Confirm that transcripts correctly capture spontaneous, unnormalized speech.
- Validate the precision of turn level and word level timestamps, as well as speaker identification.
- Verify the accuracy of all applied metadata, including demographic markers, contextual domains, and conversational tags.
- Enforce strict safety and privacy standards by auditing sessions for PII, toxic, or sensitive content.
- Assess end to end quality and assign clear pass/fail or agree/disagree statuses.
- Provide detailed, actionable comments and feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Exceptional ear for audio fidelity and ability to detect subtle background noises, channel bleed, or clipping.
- Meticulous attention to detail for verifying word level timestamps and strict verbatim transcription rules.
- Native proficiency in Arabic.
- Ability to accurately assess complex multi speaker dynamics.
