Responsibilities
- Evaluate multi channel audio recordings to ensure they meet technical and fidelity requirements
- Verify channel isolation and appropriate recording environments free from disruptive noise
- Review human validated transcriptions to guarantee high accuracy and adherence to low WER targets
- Confirm transcripts capture spontaneous, unnormalized speech including overlaps, interruptions, and false starts
- Validate precision of turn level and word level timestamps and speaker identification, especially in overlapping dialogue
- Verify accuracy of metadata including demographic markers, contextual domains, and conversational tags
- Enforce safety and privacy standards by auditing for PII, toxic, or sensitive content
- Assign pass/fail or agree/disagree statuses and provide detailed feedback on annotator work
Requirements
- Exceptional ear for audio fidelity and ability to detect subtle background noises, channel bleed, or clipping
- Meticulous attention to detail for verifying word level timestamps and strict verbatim transcription rules
- Native proficiency in Arabic
- Ability to accurately assess complex multi speaker dynamics

Role Overview
- We are building a highly accurate evaluation grade dataset of transcribed multi channel audio recordings to assess multilingual, multi speaker AI systems. As a QA Specialist, you are the final line of defense, reviewing end to end quality of audio recordings and human verified annotations.
Key Responsibilities
- Audio Quality Assurance: Evaluate multi channel audio recordings for technical and fidelity requirements; verify channel isolation and appropriate recording environments
- Transcription & Diarization Verification: Review human validated transcriptions for high accuracy; confirm capture of spontaneous speech; validate timestamps and speaker identification
- Metadata & Content Review: Verify accuracy of metadata; enforce safety and privacy standards by auditing for PII, toxic, or sensitive content
- Execution & Reporting: Assess end to end quality, assign pass/fail statuses, and provide detailed feedback
Requirements & Qualifications
- Exceptional ear for audio fidelity and ability to detect subtle background noises, channel bleed, or clipping
- Meticulous attention to detail for verifying word level timestamps and strict verbatim transcription rules
- Native proficiency in Arabic
