Role Description
- The Remote Finance Coordinator will support the financial management and reporting activities of Master Evaluation des projets, programmes et politiques on a part time basis.
- This role involves preparing, reviewing, and reconciling financial statements, tracking project related expenses, and assisting with budget monitoring and variance analysis.
- The coordinator will maintain accurate accounting records, ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations, and support financial audits.
- Day to day responsibilities also include collaborating with project teams, responding to inquiries, and contributing to the improvement of financial processes.
- This is a remote role, requiring effective online communication and self management.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support decision making.
- Solid knowledge of finance principles and practices, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring.
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements, with attention to accuracy and compliance.
- Foundational accounting skills, including reconciliations, journal entries, and record keeping.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to explain financial information to non financial stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common financial and accounting software, spreadsheets, and online collaboration tools.
