Role Description
- The Home Health Aid at Master Evaluation des projets, programmes et politiques is a part time remote role focused on supporting clients in maintaining their health, comfort, and independence at home.
- Day to day tasks include providing assistance with personal care routines, monitoring general well being, and encouraging adherence to care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
- The Home Health Aid will communicate regularly with clients and caregivers, document observations, and report any changes in condition to the appropriate team members.
- The role also involves offering companionship, promoting safe habits, and helping clients access community or digital resources that support their overall quality of life.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong caregiving and personal support skills, including assisting with daily living activities, promoting hygiene, and supporting client comfort.
- Candidates should possess reliable communication and documentation skills, including clear verbal communication, accurate note taking, and timely reporting to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, follow care plans, and manage multiple clients in a part time remote environment.
- Candidates should possess digital literacy skills, including the ability to use basic telehealth tools, maintain electronic records, and communicate through email, messaging, or video calls.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal and empathy skills, including patience, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trust with clients and families.
- Relevant qualifications include prior experience in home health, caregiving, or community support roles; completion of a Home Health Aid or caregiver training program; and knowledge of basic health and safety practices.
