- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, live chat, and phone

- Assist customers with account related issues, order inquiries, and troubleshooting
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share insights for improvement
- Utilize CRM platforms and support tools effectively
- Assist with maintaining FAQs and knowledge bases
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience in customer support or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem solving abilities with a customer focused mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools preferred
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Follow company procedures and operational standards to ensure service consistency
