Relief Security Supervisor - Chances Maple Ridge

Provides leadership, direction and mentoring to the security operation

Mentoring, coaching, and training front line security team members

Monitoring, documenting and preparing statements/reports on internal and external violations, unsafe conditions, potential hazards and suspicious people or activities

Enrolling guests in the self-exclusion program

Conducting regular patrols of the entire property as directed

Identifying risks and conditions that present safety concerns

Providing or assisting with First Aid for team members and guests

Responding to and resolving or escalating security concerns

Escorting guests and team members or assigning escort duties as required

Overseeing crowd control for special events

Liaising and communicating effectively with all appropriate operational departments

Developing and cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations

Performing other duties as assigned or directed
