Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients in industrial, manufacturing, oil & gas, construction, and commercial sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales orders
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Manage annual maintenance contracts (AMC) and service contract renewals
- Follow up on outstanding payments and support accounts receivable collections
- Conduct regular client visits and business meetings
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system
- Prepare weekly sales and business development reports
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2–5 years of UAE experience in industrial services, technical services, fire & safety, calibration, automation, maintenance, or related sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- UAE driving license is a plus
- Proficiency in English; Hindi/Malayalam will be an advantage

Job Overview
- We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Relationship Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients.
