About the Role

- Manage existing and solicit new Trade & Working Capital relationships for Business Banking Division
- Actively source new to bank customers and generate business leads
- Cross sell bank products to improve share of wallet
- Conduct annual/periodic credit facility reviews and recommend appropriate credit facilities
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML policies
- Mentor Assistant Relationship Managers
Requirements
- Banking sales & service experience with proven experience in relationship management
- In depth awareness of various financial products and services
- MBA/CA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in local market
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation & analytical skills

Job Purpose
- Manage existing and solicit new Trade & Working Capital relationships for Business Banking Division.
- Actively source new to bank customers and generate new business leads.
- Responsible for quality & soundness of portfolio under management.
Key Result Areas
- Improve share of wallet and target to be primary bank for each relationship.
- Enhance relationship revenue by cross selling complete range of products.
- Screen market for NTB opportunities and develop portfolio.
- Assume complete ownership of managed portfolio and provide superior customer service.
- Conduct annual/periodic credit facility reviews.
- Follow up and monitor assigned relationships for satisfactory account conduct.
- Implement control aspects: documentation, client visits, stock inspections, credit checks.
- Liaise between internal and external advisors.
- Develop on the job learning curve of ARMs.
- Adhere to compliance & regulatory policies (KYC/AML).
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Banking sales & service experience with proven relationship management.
- In depth awareness of financial products and services.
- Display positive attitude & strong work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation & analytical skills.
- MBA/CA or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in local market.
