- Manage residential and commercial rental transactions
- Handle tenant and landlord inquiries professionally
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
- Conduct property viewings and follow up with prospective tenants
- Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants
- Build and maintain long term relationships with property owners and tenants
- Manage and update listings on Property Finder, Bayut, and other portals
- Ensure accurate property information and availability
- Coordinate tenancy contracts and related documentation
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate rental experience preferred
- Experience handling rental listings and leasing transactions
- Hands on experience with Property Finder, Bayut, and CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Good knowledge of Dubai rental market trends and communities
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- Arabic Speaking & Female candidates preferred

Overview
- We are looking for a confident, proactive, and relationship driven Rental Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate team in Dubai.
