- Manage rental property inquiries and convert leads into successful transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate rental agreements
- Create, update, and manage listings
- Coordinate with landlords to secure exclusive rental listings
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Prepare tenancy contracts and required documentation
- Maintain accurate records and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly rental targets while delivering exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Dubai Real Estate Rental experience
- Arabic speaking is mandatory
- Experience using Property Finder and Bayut
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Ability to work in a target driven environment
