Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high quality video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Create property tours, project showcases, lifestyle content, agent branding videos, and promotional campaigns
- Develop engaging Reels, Shorts, and social media content aligned with current trends
- Create compelling captions, hooks, and content concepts
- Coordinate and manage property shoots, events, and interviews
- Manage and maintain all social media platforms
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars
- Schedule and publish content across multiple channels
- Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and audience interactions
- Track content performance and provide monthly reports
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
- Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and brand growth
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role
- Strong videography and video editing skills
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar tools
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience creating short form and long form content
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Real estate industry experience is an advantage
