- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Manage end to end sales processes, including lead management, client engagement, property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead generation, follow ups, and conversion
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to the Head of Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales team
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sales practices, and RERA regulations
- Participate in property launches, events, and site visits to represent the company and generate business
- Identify new market opportunities and provide input for sales strategies and business development initiatives
- Support the development of sales tools, presentations, and marketing materials
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 5–7 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or team lead role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- In depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, regulations, and property portfolios
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and MS Office
- Fluency in English required; Russian & French speaker (mandatory)

Job Summary
- The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving property sales, managing a team of sales specialists, and achieving revenue targets for off plan and ready property projects.
- Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Relationship Manager plays a key role in implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring a high performance sales culture.
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Dubai’s real estate market, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills
