Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Relationship Manager role based in Dubai.
  • The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement with Accuindex’s trading products and services.
  • Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing product guidance, and responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Onboard new clients, provide product guidance, and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person meetings
  • Identify client needs and offer appropriate trading solutions
  • Proactively follow up to support client activity and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams and gather client feedback
  • Contribute to sales campaigns, events, and market outreach initiatives to help grow the client base in the region

Qualifications

  • Strong client relationship management skills, including account servicing, client onboarding, and ongoing support
  • Sales and business development abilities, with experience in prospecting, lead follow up, and achieving revenue or growth targets
  • Solid understanding of Forex, CFDs, and financial markets, with the ability to explain trading products and platforms clearly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
  • Organizational and analytical skills, with the capacity to manage multiple client requests, track activity, and report on performance
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software to manage client data, pipelines, and reporting
  • Previous experience in brokerage, financial services, or a related sector is highly beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Fluency in English; additional regional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage
  • Ability to work on site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a fast paced, multicultural environment
