- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software
- Previous experience in brokerage, financial services, or related sector highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Dubai

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Relationship Manager role based in Dubai.
- The Relationship Manager will build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement with Accuindex’s trading products and services.
- Daily responsibilities include onboarding new clients, providing product guidance, and responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person meetings.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including account servicing, client onboarding, and ongoing support

- Solid understanding of Forex, CFDs, and financial markets, with the ability to explain trading products and platforms clearly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confident presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement
- Organizational and analytical skills, with the capacity to manage multiple client requests, track activity, and report on performance
- Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software to manage client data, pipelines, and reporting
- Previous experience in brokerage, financial services, or a related sector is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and collaborate effectively in a fast paced, multicultural environment
