• Oversee the ongoing website project, ensuring timely updates and improvements.
• Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance user experience and website performance.

3.Media Buying and Content Creation

• Take ownership and Manage media buying for promotional campaigns across various platforms.
• Create engaging and compelling content for digital and traditional media.
• Ensure all promotional materials align with the brand’s voice and identity.

4.Social Media Management and Trustpilot Engagement

• Develop and curate content for all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Actively manage and respond to comments on social media channels.
• Maintain a positive brand image on Trustpilot by monitoring and engaging with customer reviews.

5.Marketing Support for Sales Team

• Provide continuous marketing support to sales personnel, including the creation of promotional assets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
• Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and materials to effectively promote products.

6.HubSpot CRM and Platform Management

• Manage the HubSpot CRM platform to track customer interactions and data.
• Utilize HubSpot to create and execute marketing campaigns.
• Analyze CRM data to improve customer engagement and retention strategies.

7.Marketing Expenditure

• Reporting costs related to marketing expenditure to Top Mgmt.
• Handling cost tool facilitating expenditure

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website management.
• Proficient in media buying and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in managing social media platforms and maintaining a positive online reputation.
• Familiarity with Trustpilot or similar review platforms.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in brokerage firms and financial marketing firms is a plus.
