- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals
- Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and IBs
- Identify new business opportunities in the Forex/CFD market
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes
- Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and retention
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in Forex/CFDs/Brokerage industry (minimum 3–5 years)
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, Forex products, and sales processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Goal oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
