The role drives customer acquisition, retention, and growth by managing and nurturing client relationships.
The position requires knowledge of financial products, communication skills, sales experience, strategic thinking, negotiation ability, and tailored banking solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain client relationships to achieve Current and Savings Account sales targets.
- Identify client needs and provide customized banking solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams on account opening and client issue resolution.
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare reports against sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead financial literacy sessions and promotional campaigns.
- Negotiate client terms while maintaining long-term relationships.
- Mentor junior sales staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Use CRM tools to manage data, track interactions, and follow up on leads.
