- Manage and review allocated corporate banking portfolio
- Recommend appropriate credit facilities in line with relationship strategy
- Identify new prospects and segment target market for growth opportunities
- Cross sell products and services from other business divisions
- Conduct periodic client calls, field visits, and gather market feedback
- Prepare and structure term sheets, pre screen memos, financial models, and risk rating modules
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision makers

Job Purpose
- Relationship Management of allocated Corporate Banking Portfolio and broaden the portfolio including building up new relationships in order to meet financial objective.
Key Result Areas
- Management and review of allocated portfolio. Recommend appropriate credit facilities.
- Identify new prospects & segment target market to pursue growth opportunities including syndication & Structured Financing transaction.
- Explore vertical and horizontal relationships with existing clients. Cross selling of MB’s products and services.
- External Control follow ups include periodic client calls, documentation, operational issues, field visits.
- Internal Control include following up on Credit Reviews, Documentation process, Credit approval process.
- Prepare and Structure Term Sheets, Pre Screen memos, Financial Models, Risk Rating modules.
- Gather all required information for new credit proposals.
- Develop & maintain strong relationship with decision makers.
- Introduce MB as a player in Emerging Debt / Capital Markets.
- Coordinate with concerned Groups & Divisions for efficient delivery.
- Keep up to date with Market, Regulatory, and Competitive Environment.
