About the Role
CSC is seeking a Relationship Manager for Company Secretarial in Abu Dhabi to manage a portfolio of client entities, handling company secretarial matters, corporate administration, and transaction management for structured finance, aviation leasing, and securitization.

Responsibilities
- Manage all company secretarial obligations for allocated entities
- Attendance at quarterly board meetings and preparation of board packs and minutes
- Ensure proper handling of transactions including incorporation, on boarding, transaction management and liquidation
- Ensure good legal standing of client companies during the whole lifecycle
- Communicate and coordinate with clients and internal/external parties
- Promote a client service oriented culture by providing timely responses
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in company secretarial, compliance, legal, accounting or transaction management
- ICSA Qualified or part qualified is an advantage
- Meticulous attention to detail, flexible and very well organized
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Intro
- Day to day point of contact and relationship manager for portfolio of client entities.
- Primarily responsible for company secretarial matters, corporate and administrative affairs, and transaction management.
- Client companies primarily engaged in structured finance, aviation leasing, the CLO market and securitization activities.
Some of the things you’ll be doing
- Manages all company secretarial obligations for allocated entities.
- Attendance at quarterly board meetings and preparation of board packs and minutes where required.
- Ensures the proper handling of transactions of clients, including but not limited to incorporation, on boarding, transaction management and liquidation.
- Ensure good legal standing of client companies under management during the whole 'lifecycle' of companies.
- Communicates and coordinates with clients as well as all internal and external parties concerned.
- Promotes a client service oriented culture by providing timely responses to client requests.
- Analyses, evaluates and discusses specific client and prospect requests.
- Manages the timely organization and preparation of board meetings.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- At least 3 years’ experience either from a company secretarial, compliance, legal, accounting or transaction management background.
- Ideally prior experience in working in a corporate services provider.
- ICSA Qualified or part qualified is an advantage.
- Meticulous attention to detail, flexible and very well organized.
- Comfortable with handling a range of tasks in a fast moving environment.
- Ability to work under own initiative but also as part of a team.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a 1st line support or experience solving IT technical solutions.
- Higher degree within IT.
- ITIL certification.
