Intro

  • We are seeking a highly driven, proven hunter sales professional with a track record of winning new business within the funds industry.
  • This role is focused on originating and closing new Fund Services opportunities with fund managers, asset managers, private equity firms, venture capital firms, hedge funds, family offices, institutional investors, and other investment management businesses across the UAE and wider GCC.
  • This is not an account management role. We are looking for a sales professional who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, building new relationships, and consistently winning new clients.

Some of the things you’ll be doing

  • Drive new business acquisition across the UAE and wider GCC funds market.
  • Prospect aggressively to generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and targeted business development campaigns.
  • Maintain a high volume sales activity level, including substantial daily outbound prospecting activity and a meeting heavy client engagement schedule.
  • Build and develop relationships with fund managers, asset managers, private equity firms, venture capital firms, hedge funds, family offices, and other investment managers.
  • Create, manage, and convert a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop strategic referral partnerships with law firms, consulting firms, fund formation specialists, and other professional intermediaries.
  • Collaborate with Global Financial Solutions and Markets teams to position CSC's services, including Fund Administration, Depositary, SPV Services, AIFM, Fund Governance, and Strategic Outsourcing solutions.
  • Represent CSC at conferences, networking events, roundtables, seminars, and industry forums to increase market visibility and generate new opportunities.
  • Develop territory and account plans aligned to growth objectives and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate responses to proposals and RFPs alongside subject matter experts.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking through Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

  • Proven success in a hunter style business development or sales role with a strong record of winning new business and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling Fund Services solutions directly to fund managers, asset managers, private equity firms, venture capital firms, hedge funds, family offices, and other investment management businesses.
  • Experience selling one or more of the following Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, Depositary Services, AIFM Services, SPV Services, Corporate Services, Fund Governance Solutions, Strategic Outsourcing Solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound sales activity.
  • Strong network within the UAE, GCC, and broader investment management ecosystem.
  • Exceptional relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing complex consultative sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and convert market opportunities.

Preferred

  • Existing relationships across DIFC, ADGM, and wider GCC investment management communities.
  • Experience working with or selling into alternative investment managers.
  • Knowledge of regional fund structures and fund servicing requirements.
  • Strong presence within relevant industry associations and networking groups.
  • Experience representing organisations at conferences, industry events, and speaking engagements.

  • Most importantly, you possess a hunter mindset: you are proactive rather than reactive, thrive in a fast paced environment, and are motivated by building pipeline, winning deals, and driving revenue growth.

  • Competitive salary plus a commission plan aligned to individual performance and revenue outcomes (details discussed during the interview process), with access to CSC benefits and additional incentives as applicable.
