- Upsell, deep sell, and cross sell other bank products
- Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to ME category
- Ensure quality and soundness of assigned SE portfolio including KYC and AML procedures

- Originate new SE relationships in business communities around branch locations
- Achieve assigned financial and non financial objectives
- Source new to bank customers and generate leads from walk ins
- Perform KYC reviews and monitor due diligence and anti money laundering procedures

Role Overview
- Manage a set of existing Small Enterprise (SE) relationships
- Originate new SE relationships in business communities around branch locations
- Achieve assigned financial and non financial objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source new to bank customers and generate new business leads from walk in customers
- Manage all customers focusing on relationship management and up selling/deep selling/cross selling
- Seamlessly takeover new relationships originated by DS and relationships downgraded by ME team
- Constantly identify opportunities to upgrade customers to ME category
- Responsible for quality and soundness of assigned SE portfolio (KYC reviews, monitoring for due diligence, anti money laundering procedures)
