Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase business opportunities and cross-sell products.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Bancassurance team to create and implement effective marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay updated and offer competitive solutions.
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, especially in the GI domain.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and build a network.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry developments and trends to offer innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the GI industry is mandatory.
  • A proven track record of successful client relationship management is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A valid license or certification in the insurance sector is preferred.
  • Age limit of 40 years or below, as per company policy.
  • Willingness to be based in Bihar, India.
