Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the relationship management team.
- Prospect, onboard, and close client relationships.
- Update databases and manage communication and reporting.
- Prepare client visits and organize internal and external meetings.
Relationship Manager Support
- Support Central Registry documentation issues, updates, and repapering.
- Coordinate with Risk and Compliance on KYC and AML issues.
- Interact with clients in a personalized manner during client contact.
- Assist with cash management, cards, transfers, payment orders, and trading orders.
- Participate in client meetings and corporate events when requested.
Compliance and Conduct
- Ensure internal regulatory policies, procedures, and practices are applied within required timeframes.
- Observe cross-border rules and regulations.
