Job Overview
The role is a full-time real estate sales position based in Dubai, UAE.
The position focuses on selling off-plan and developer projects and managing end-to-end sales coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, qualify, and manage buyer and investor leads through multiple channels.
- Promote and sell off-plan and developer projects across Dubai.
- Understand client budgets, investment objectives, communities, timelines, and financing needs.
- Conduct consultations, project presentations, site visits, viewings, and follow-ups.
- Build relationships with buyers, investors, brokers, channel partners, and agencies.
- Develop and maintain broker networks and conduct engagement activities.
- Monitor broker performance and support partner-channel deal closures.
- Convert qualified prospects into bookings, reservations, and closed transactions.
- Coordinate reservation, booking, SPA, KYC, payment follow-up, and handover activities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and an active sales pipeline.
- Stay current on market trends, launches, pricing, inventory, payment plans, and regulations.
- Represent the company at events and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven UAE real estate sales experience.
