Role Overview

Employment and Workplace

• The position is full-time.
• Work location is in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and sales opportunities.
• Approach potential clients, consultants, contractors, and business partners.
• Support client follow-ups and meetings.
• Promote interior fit-out and joinery services.
• Assist with quotations, company profiles, presentations, and proposals.
• Maintain client and lead databases.
• Follow up through calls, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional activities.
• Conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with the internal team on client communication and follow-up.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field may be considered; fresh graduates with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and negotiation skills are required.
• Candidates should be confident, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Interior fit-out, joinery, construction, or real estate experience is an advantage.
• A UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 300 to AED 4,000 per month.
