WE’RE HIRING \| JUNIOR SITE SUPERVISOR
Build Mode Industries FZ-LLC is looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Supervisor to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
- Manage workers, subcontractors, and site teams
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress, quality, and workmanship
- Coordinate joinery, civil, MEP, ceiling, flooring, and finishing works
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve site issues
- Prepare daily progress reports and site updates
- Ensure proper material usage and timely deliveries
- Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and discipline
- Support snagging, inspections, and handover activities
- Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out / construction site supervision
- Strong knowledge of fit-out and finishing works
- Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings
- Good knowledge of joinery and interior finishing works
- Strong team-management and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities on site
- UAE Driving License is preferred
- Immediate joiners will be considered an advantage
